Lynn Tang

In November 2021, Lynn Tang joined ReLive Biotechnologies as Chief of Staff. In 2022, Lynn was appointed Global VP of HR.

She has over 14 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources, including project management and strategic planning. She is skillful and experienced in compensation and benefits management, performance management, change management, talent recruitment, employee relations and conflict resolution, as well as strategic talent planning.

Previously, Lynn joined UPS in 2010, where she was responsible for talent acquisition and development in the Asia-Pacific region. In 2013, she led performance assessment and employee relations at JAC-Navistar. In 2018, she served as HR Director at HIPI, focusing on enterprise strategic transformation and implementation.

She holds a bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical preparation from Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China.
